Scent of a Pizza!

Like most of Saturday night for dinner we had pizza today. The pizza at home is my husband, but since we gave the bread machine, the dough we do to her. However, make pizza at home is always a very good tradition, and so here's the recipe that we propose, so that you too can experience:

FOR DOUGH:
  • 400 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of flour 100 ml milk 200 ml water
  • 1 packet of yeast 2 teaspoons salt
  • oil to taste a pinch of sugar
For the filling:
  • tomato sauce salt
  • oil
  • mozzarella
  • tuna and onion
  • gorgonzola cheese
  • grain
PROCEDURE: Place all ingredients in the mixer, letting the yeast last, and add a pinch of sugar to help the rising. Operate the program for the dough, which in our last hour and a half, including yeast. What you get a ball should be rather smooth and homogeneous, if necessary add a little 'flour. If you have time, leave it for another hour inside the machine, so the rise is more effective, because the temperature remains constant unless you open the lid. Completed
rising, grease a baking sheet with oil and sprinkle lightly with flour. Roll out the dough, helping with a little ' flour and using the palm of your hand.
To stuff we put a base of tomato sauce to add a little oil and a pinch of salt. It can be obviously stuff you like, but the beauty of homemade pizza is that one can have more pizza tastes. We usually do like the 4 cheese (we only mozzarella, gorgonzola and a little 'grain), onion and tuna and Vienna. Once the pizza is stuffed, cook in oven for 15-20 minutes at maximum temperature, placing the pan on the lowest shelf.







You can not resist the smell of pizzaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ... so good appetite !
