Bunionette Surgery Tailor's Bunion

Una volta alla settimana io faccio la torta per il mio "bambino" di 24 anni, vi do la ricetta se volete provarla.

Ingredienti:
  •  4 uova a temperatura ambiente
  • 200 gr di zucchero + un cucchiaio per le mele
  • 100 ml di olio di semi
  • 200 gr di farina
  • 50 gr di fecola di patate
  • 2 mele medium
  • 1 package yeast 2 tablespoons lemon
First, cut the two apples into slices and pour over two tablespoons of sugar and a squeeze of lemon. Use the food processor, break the 4 eggs and add the 200 grams of sugar, beat well for 3 minutes, add 100 ml of vegetable oil and two tablespoons of lemon, add 200 grams of flour plus 50 paper and stir for two minutes until the mixture is smooth, add baking powder and mix gently for 10 seconds.
Pour the mixture into a mold preferably silicone directly onto the apple slices Sprinkle with sugar, then put all in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Check the cooking with the blade of the knife and if it is not ruled out the dessert is ready.
Allow it to cool and remove from the mold, then garnish with powdered sugar at will
