Ewcm When Period Is Due ???

Radicchio di Treviso SAOR

With the recipe of radicchio in saor continue to let you know the recipes of our family, this goodness we have been taught by the wife of our brother (remember the cod Vicentina?).
If you want to try the recipe fatelo adesso che il radicchio è leggermente sceso di prezzo.

Ingredienti:
800 g. di radicchio di Treviso tardivo
6 cchiai di olio di oliva
2 cipolle bianche medie
20 g. di uvetta
20 g. di pinoli
1 bicchiere di aceto di vino bianco
1 puntina di cucchiaino di zucchero

PREPARAZIONE

Mettete a bagno in una tazza di acqua tiepida l'uvetta.





Tagliate i cespi del radicchio di Treviso in quattro pezzi lasciando un po' di radice per tenerlo unito, lavatelo bene ma alla fine lasciatelo leggermente umido, sistematelo in una teglia da forno e spruzzatelo con mezzo bicchiere di aceto di vino bianco, un pizzico di sale e pepe.
Fatelo cuocere in forno per circa 10 minuti a 180°, girandolo un paio di volte.
Controllate bene perchè deve risultare croccante.
Sbucciate le cipolle e tagliatele a fettine molto sottili, mettetele in una padella con l'olio e fatele appassire piano piano, aggiungre un po' sale.

INGREDIENTS:

In questi giorni di festività ho avuto modo di pensare, riflettere e tirare le somme su tutto ciò che mi è accaduto nel 2010 .... ci sono stati momenti molto duri, altri meno, altri momenti felici ed altri decisamente meno, ho sempre cercato di andare avanti e spesso venire a trovarvi sui vostri blog è stato molto terapeutico...... ma io personalmente non sono riuscita a fare granchè ... vuoi il tempo che è sempre meno, vuoi la voglia che molte volte non c'era .... ero decisa a chiudere i battenti, chiudere il blog .... in fondo non ho nulla da farvi vedere, non ho idee da realizzare ... anzi no le idee ci sono poi però ...... boh .... mi blocco!!!!! and then not even that good!

First post of 2011 .......

and I'm finally update my blog ..... I prepared for two of hearts style wooden shabby ... I like this technique more and more and always fascinates me more!! and still another friend of the pool and with whom I share the Christmas gift I have prepared a slate wall in the kitchen with her, I had more time (I knew since December 3, and then I was pushed forward. ... strange but true !!!)!!!! I took the model from the latest issue of Dream Country is the project of Paoletta, instead of making the cloth I decided to create this board ... (Some time ago by my brother in law had bought a roll of the board) ... and here!!




Two other boards I gave her my mother and my mother-in-law while my cousins \u200b\u200bwith whom I celebrated Christmas I made hearts plaster and wood!





The best thing is that to make the boards and i cuori in legno ho avuto l'aiuto di una persona ...... mio marito!!!!! ehhhhh si proprio lui .... lui che non mi vedeva mai di buon occhio quando mettevo fuori tutti i miei attrezzi ..... (ma solo perchè mettevo di tutto in mezzo ed in casa e in veranda non si capiva più nulla) .... è proprio vero a Natale può succedere TUTTO ....






non potevo non immortalarlo !!!!! che fortuna .... l'ultimo giorno che mia sorella mi ha lasciato la macchinetta!!!! Speravo in Babbo Natale .... ma non ho fatto la letterina digital, and then nothing!!
