Kidney Stones Chest Pain

... the Tiramisu Mascarpone & Pineapple!

By Fiorella, we often have dinner together and the last time you gave us the cod Vicentina and we brought the cake. We were on the classic tiramisu ... but this time we have reviewed thus:

INGREDIENTS: 500 gr mascarpone
  • ;
  • 250 gr ricotta
  • 6 eggs;
  • 12 tablespoons of sugar;
  • ladyfingers;
  • pineapple juice;
  • coffee
  • drops chocolate;
  • fresh pineapple.
First we fitted with the whisk the egg yolks with sugar (the whites have kept them in the fridge for a recipe that next blog post). We've added the cheese, which must be very soft, then the mascarpone cheese, mixing with a spatula from the bottom up for not removing the compound.


In una teglia abbiamo disposto a strati a i savoiardi bagnati con il succo d'ananas, e abbiamo aggiunto la crema, infine l'abbiamo decorato e farcito con l'ananas fresco tagliato sottile. 

                                                                                                                         
                                                                               
And with advanced cream we made a classic tiramisu, dipping the ladyfingers in the coffee, and placing in the mold ladyfingers, cream, and a lot to like chocolate chips.

Good, fast and simple ... a taste of spring so cold these days ...
