Come già detto, fosse per me cucinerei solo primi piatti e dolci; i secondi mi piacciono, se li trovo pronti, e così anche le verdure...Ma se mi invitate a cena, non arrovellatevi su cosa preparare perchè in buona compagnia è tutto buono!! Questo piatto però, trovato sul blog "Una streghetta in cucina" secondo me è una genialata....facile da fare, di sicura riuscita e veramente delizioso. Quindi ringrazio l'autrice del blog che ce l'ha fatto conoscere e vi dò la mia versione:
INGREDIENTS:

course, if the meat is thicker than cooking will be longer. We have accompanied us to the mashed potatoes but this recipe goes well with cooked vegetables or served with polenta.
